IT Intern


-Assist in answering the helpdesk calls, record all cases received thru phone call into Service Manager System and assign to relevant team for further handling.
– Assist WDI Helpdesk team in PC installation/replacement/disposal and desk phone setup.
– Testing and evaluating the new IT technology and making report accordingly.
– Assist in maintaining the IT inventory and make it most updated
– Other IT related job assignment

Basic Qualifications

-Major in Computer Science and technology or related fields
-Undergraduate students and must be in third year or above
-Understanding of PC, Server and network fundamental.
-Fluent in English, both speaking as well as in written
-High proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Strong communication, interpersonal and good team work skill.
